Element Vancouver Metrotown

As a tourist in my own city for one night was a good experience. Check in / out was fast, suite was very nice, spacious, great view, clean and very good wifi. The bed was comfy and shower and water pressure was great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The room is exactly like the picture Fitness Centre, Swimming pool, Sauna and changing room areas were clean and spacious. However, the complimentary Continental Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Liquid eggs used for the omelets were absolutely horrible. The western omlet was like a foamy firm chunk of tofu with some red and green flakes to represent red and green peppers. The eggs do not have any veggies. The cheese omelet has a very tiny thin slice of cheese just enough to call it a cheese omlet. The eggs were unetible. Breakfast would have been better without the eggs and no comment would be needed. For such a nice hotel all round, has made themselves look cheap. A hotel that holds high standards for their suites should not have the Food and Beverage Manager serve any elite Marriot Member or guest such eggs. Just leave it out and have hot porridge instead. As a well travelled Marriott member, I have never mentioned how bad the eggs are in a review. We had a great spa day and would come back.

Rooms very clean and modern and beautiful Fromt desk staff was very helpful amd communicated well, when we had room changes to make. Parking is fantastic with a easy to access parkade. Nice walking distances to restaurants and other things. Pictures and pictures. The continental breakfast had good hours, amd some nice unique surprises like a smoothie option and a salad bar. The pool was a bit small, but in fantastix shape, with lounge chairs to sit poolside, nice hot tub and a sauna. Would def revisit.

Our stay was exceptional! The room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony, clean too! Loved using the pool facilities too, the staff were always polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious catered for vegetarians too, the atmosphere was welcoming. A great location, as we were attending a wedding and perfect for exploring the city and sight seeing too! The hotel exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to others too definitely will book again!!! The whole staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our stay wonderful:)

I had an excellent experience staying at the Element Vancouver Metrotown. The service was top-notch. I accidentally left my charger behind after checking out, and when I came back a few days later, the staff had kept it safe in a plastic bag and returned it to me without any issues. The amenities were great as well including the pool, sauna, and hot tub. This all made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Burnaby!

My dad had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel --- no complaints here. This is a nice, newer hotel and one of the best in the area immediately around my neighbourhood. Lobby amenities were a bit basic and the cappucino machine wasnt gonna come for any barista jobs (ahem, great device, just needed some human finessing & milk) -- overall, do reccomend this place. Elegant, clean rooms with a grear view of Metrotown area

As a photo booth vendor, we had an excellent experience working at the Element Hotel Burnaby. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very accommodating from start to finish. Load-in and setup were smooth, and the event space was modern, clean, and perfectly suited for our photo booth setup. The team was organized and communicative, making it easy for us to deliver a seamless experience for guests. Conveniently located right across from Crystal Mall, this place walkable to many things in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities include a fitness room, pool, and quiet sitting area. They also offer breakfast daily. Great place to stay long or short term.

We have just got back after a wedding in Vancouver this hotel is so lovely! We stayed on the 18th floor and khushwant serviced our rooms regularly and Bal the houseman assisted me with the youngest who is autistic by helping me get him into the room, we also had assistance from Avtar Kaur for a couple of things as she was i. The lobby area at the time of need nothing was too much for her. Rooms were clean high standard and love that the have a kitchenette perfect for us travelling with kids! The hotel breakfast was a good range of continental and some hot items available but changed daily, the breakfast staff Jessica, Chelsea and Diane were so helpful, friendly and approachable and catered to the needs of all the kids in our party! Katya on the front desk couldnt do enough, she was very caring especially when my son got sick she even went out of her way to check up on us regularly. The hotel has a pool which my children thoroughly enjoyed! Also the coin laundry being available was a big help mananged to wash and dry clothes as we stayed because who wants to bring dirty laundry back! The location of hotel was perfect with metrotown mall and other shops nearby and not too far from other places we needed to get too! The hotel also has parking which was a big plus for us travelling with kids again! We really enjoyed our stay here and cant wait to come back!
